Terms of Service
Standard rules governing transactions, neutral escrow custody, account delivery, and dispute arbitration on Fidara.
Effective: August 2026 • Last updated: August 2026
1.Welcome to Fidara
Fidara is a marketplace for AI tool subscriptions, seat access, and digital credentials, with payment protection built into every order. These Terms explain how transactions work and what both sides can expect from us.
Fidara connects buyers with independent, vetted sellers and acts as a neutral intermediary. Fidara is not the publisher or vendor of the third-party services listed on the marketplace, and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Canva, or any other AI provider.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2.Your account
- Use accurate information and keep your contact details current.
- Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, and we expect one account per person.
Fidara may restrict or suspend an account where we see abuse, fraud, policy violations, or serious risk to other marketplace members.
3.How buying works
- Browse listings and choose the subscription or access you need.
- Pay in USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20.
- Your payment is held in neutral custody while the order is completed. The seller can see that payment is confirmed but cannot withdraw it during the hold.
- The seller delivers account access or credentials through Fidara, straight into your Security Vault on the order.
4.How you’re protected as a buyer
- Neutral custody. The full amount you deposit is held by Fidara throughout fulfilment.
- 69-hour inspection window. Your review window is exactly 69 hours and begins as soon as credentials are delivered to your Security Vault.
- Early confirmation. If access works, you can confirm at any point and release funds immediately. That choice is always yours.
- Support and dispute review. If credentials do not match the listing or stop working during the window, raise a dispute on the order. The countdown pauses and a member of our team reviews it.
5.How you’re protected as a seller
- Paid orders are only created once payment is fully confirmed on-chain.
- Every order shows clear delivery expectations, so you always know what to provide and when.
- Funds move to your available balance automatically after the 69-hour inspection window closes without a dispute — or immediately when the buyer confirms early.
6.Delivery and communication
All chats, order coordination, and credential deliveries must stay on Fidara. This keeps a complete record of the deal, which is what makes payment protection and dispute review possible.
Requests to move a deal off Fidara — including contact sharing over Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or email, and direct crypto transfers outside the order — are prohibited for both buyers and sellers. Off-platform deals carry no protection.
7.Seller promises vs Fidara protection
Some sellers offer extended coverage on top of the order, for example 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. That coverage is the seller's own promise and the seller's responsibility.
Fidara's 69-hour payment protection window is separate, applies to every order regardless of value, and is shown on each order so you always know which protection is in effect.
8.Acceptable use
The following are not permitted on Fidara:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation.
- Cracked software, stolen accounts, or credentials obtained without authorisation.
- Illegal goods or services, and malicious software.
- Spam, harassment, or manipulation of reviews and ratings.
- Any attempt to circumvent payment protection or move payment off the platform.
9.Fees and pricing
The USDT price shown at checkout is the complete, final amount a buyer pays. There are no hidden charges added later.
Fidara earns a service fee as part of operating the marketplace and providing payment protection. Sellers see their own applicable terms in their seller area.
10.Disputes and decisions
- Raising a dispute pauses the countdown and keeps funds in neutral custody.
- Both sides submit evidence, such as screenshots and order notes, through the dispute portal on the order.
- A member of our team reviews the case impartially and in good faith, using the transaction record and the evidence provided.
- The outcome is either release of funds to the seller or a full refund to the buyer, and the reason is recorded on the order.
11.Availability and third-party tools
We work continuously to keep Fidara reliable, secure, and available. Occasional maintenance may be required.
The AI tools traded on Fidara are operated by independent companies. We cannot guarantee the uptime, pricing, or policy decisions of those providers, and changes they make to their own services are outside our control.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Fidara after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Contact and support
